WHY TWO LEAD PHOTOGRAPHERS?
Our approach as two lead photographers allows us to provide comprehensive coverage without the need to split our attention. Before the first-look or ceremony, Eastlyn can remain with one partner, while Joshua stays with the other. This ensures that no important moment is missed, capturing both the anticipation and emotion unfolding simultaneously in different locations.
During the ceremony, our collaborative efforts blend seamlessly. Eastlyn, using her wide-angle lens, focuses on the grandeur of the event. Her focus remains on the pivotal moments—the processional, the exchange of rings, and the first kiss. Meanwhile, Joshua employs a zoom lens, meticulously observing the intimate emotions and candid expressions that adorn the faces of your loved ones. His keen eye captures the raw, heartfelt emotions, ensuring no subtle glance or tender moment goes unnoticed. We also employ this approach during the reception and its unfolding events.
Together, our dynamic duo also ensures that the 'must-have' family portraits are painless and swift. Joshua's adeptness at managing groups, combined with Eastlyn's swift and decisive eye behind the lens, makes these sessions a breeze. By the end of these formals, it’s not uncommon for our clients to express surprise at how quickly and smoothly it all transpired, leaving more time for what truly matters—the celebration of your love story.

We used to only offer all day coverage, but we’ve come to realize that not all weddings require the same amount of time. We know what to look for now and have mastered the skill of anticipating the meaningful moments and capturing them.
When it comes to your wedding day, we want to be there to capture every moment that matters. Our elopement collections start at up to 5 hours of coverage, and our wedding collections start at 7 hours of coverage.

images delivered to you via online gallery
You'll receive your photos beautifully displayed in a high resolution grid gallery. Every image delivered to you is finished, without watermark, and ready to be downloaded and shared. While we don't guarantee a certain number of photos, as each wedding is unique, we can say that on average clients typically receive between 600-1200 pictures from their wedding (we don't put a cap on the number though!)
A printing/digital use release
This release allows you to print as many of the images as you want, as many times as you want, without restriction. It also allows you to share and use them online, with proper copyrights.

We’ve taken our years of wedding experience, and put all that knowledge into a detailed physical resource to help our couples plan for the very best photos on their wedding day. We’re also here to assist with any advice you may need while planning, and we’ll work with you to create a streamlined timeline to keep things organized and smooth. Before the wedding, we will also have you complete a questionnaire that allows us to get to know you more and learn what’s most important to you on your wedding day. It’s all about really digging into the essence of your story so that we can document your beautiful truth.

Ohio is our home and we shoot about 50% of our work here. The remaining 50% is split between Jackson Hole, WY and a handful of other beautiful destinations each year.

We understand that once you've connected with a photographer's work, questions arise. Get prompt and professional answers without the wait for an email response. We value transparency from the outset because your peace of mind matters to us.
How many photos do you usually deliver?
Each wedding is unique in duration and content. On average, weddings receive 600-1200 images, elopements 300-700, and other sessions 200-400.
what's your turn around time?
On average, it’s 8-12 weeks for weddings and elopements. The delivery timeframe depends fully on the time of year your wedding is held. For early season weddings, the turn around time is on the shorter end. For high months like June, September and October, the turn around times are longer.
However, we always send our clients a preview gallery of about 5-15 photos within the first two weeks.
Is your business insured?
Yes, we are fully insured, which includes liability insurance.
how do you protect photos?
We employ dual memory card slot cameras, ensuring that images are simultaneously saved on two separate cards as we shoot. Post-wedding, image files are securely stored in three separate locations, including a fire-safe box, guaranteeing their utmost safety and preservation.
Do you allow a grace period before I sign the contract?
Yes, upon receiving the contract, you'll have a five-day grace period to sign and pay your retainer.
What type of photos will I receive in a wedding collection and do you use a shot list?
Our wedding coverage includes traditional group portraits, candid moments throughout the day, ceremony and reception coverage, and portraits of you and your partner. We don't work off a full-day shot list, preferring to capture the day authentically as it unfolds. However, we will work with you to create a list of different group portraits.
How do we book?
Booking is simple and paperless. Upon signing, a non-refundable retainer of 50% secures your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the wedding.
Do you require a meeting before booking?
While we offer comprehensive information on our website, we genuinely enjoy connecting with you. We love to chat over the phone, getting to know you, and sharing in your excitement for your special day. We're more than happy to discuss any aspect in more detail and answer any lingering questions before you sign. However, a call is not required.
Do you have face-to-face meetings with clients once booked?
While a meeting isn't mandatory, it's something we genuinely value and prefer. We find that personal connections make for the best experiences. However, we understand the ease of planning via email and can accommodate most arrangements that way. We're excited about the possibility of meeting you, whether in person or through a phone call, to understand your vision and create a collaborative and personalized experience.
Will you keep photos offline?
Showcasing our work online allows us to connect with clients and inspire others. However, we understand and respect preferences for offline sharing. It’s essential to note that our collection pricing encompasses the immense value we place on online sharing, enabling us to reach and connect with new clients.
Should you opt for offline exclusivity, there's an associated fee of 25%. This fee compensates for the impact on our business by keeping images offline.
Do you provide prints or albums?
While our collections primarily cover hourly photography, we also offer something extra special: our Tangibles Collection.
This unique collection includes a stunning 10x10 heirloom album—imagine flipping through its pages and reliving every emotion of your day. And that's not all! You get to choose your favorite moments for beautiful, high-quality prints and gallery-grade framing. These prints aren’t just pictures; they're art for your home, capturing the essence of your love story.
This add-on option allows you to extend the storytelling of your wedding day beyond digital formats, offering timeless pieces that can be passed down through generations, ensuring your memories are preserved in a tangible and meaningful way.
