What Comes With Every Collection

When you work with us, you're getting more than just photos. You're choosing presence, artistry, and two people fully invested in the heart of your day.

Two Perspectives, One Shared Vision

With over a decade of experience documenting weddings together, we bring not just technical skill — but calm presence, intuition, and artistry to every celebration.

Joshua brings the energy. His enthusiasm is magnetic — joy follows him wherever he goes. He’s quick to connect, naturally putting couples, families, and even the most camera-shy guests at ease. Whether it’s guiding you through portraits or wrangling a rowdy groomsman crew, Joshua creates an atmosphere where people feel free to be fully themselves.

Eastlyn brings the quiet depth. With a reflective and intentional spirit, she immerses herself in the emotion of the day. She sees the story as it unfolds, anticipating each meaningful glance, handhold, and in-between moment — all while creating timeless compositions with an artist’s eye.

Why Two Lead Photographers? We don’t believe in a lead + second shooter dynamic. As two equally experienced photographers, we work in tandem — never splitting our focus, always complementing each other’s strengths.

In the hours before your ceremony, Eastlyn may stay with one partner while Joshua is with the other — allowing us to capture both stories as they unfold in real time. During your ceremony, Eastlyn may frame the full scope — the walk down the aisle, the kiss, the grand scene — while Joshua hones in on the fleeting glances, teary smiles, and hand squeezes in the crowd.

Our shared rhythm continues through the reception, ensuring that nothing is missed, from the big moments to the barely-noticed ones.

Family portraits? Fast and painless. Joshua’s natural leadership keeps things light and moving, while Eastlyn frames each group with clarity and speed. Most of our couples are shocked by how easy and efficient the formal photos feel — leaving you more time to enjoy your celebration.

At the heart of our work is a belief that weddings aren’t meant to be staged — they’re meant to be felt. Our job is to preserve those feelings in honest, thoughtful images that will always feel like you.

Wedding Coverage That Fits the Story

Not every celebration looks the same — and your photography coverage shouldn’t either.

While we once only offered full-day coverage, we’ve come to understand that every wedding day has its own natural rhythm. With years of experience and an intuitive approach, we know how to read the room, anticipate emotion, and be exactly where we need to be.

Some destination weddings call for 10+ hours of coverage or full adventure sessions that span an entire weekend. Whether you're planning an intimate elopement or a multi-day celebration, we're here to document it with care and presence from start to finish.

Elopement collections begin at 5 hours of coverage, and wedding collections begin at 7. Custom quotes are available for multi-day events, destination weekends, and anything in between.

Your Photos, Delivered Beautifully

Your images will be delivered in a thoughtfully curated, high-resolution online gallery — clean, easy to navigate, and ready to share with the people who matter most.

Every image you receive is fully edited, delivered without watermarks, and ready to download or print. While we don’t set a hard number on how many photos you’ll receive (every celebration is different), most wedding galleries include between 600 and 1,200 images. And no — we don’t cap the number. If it’s meaningful, it stays.

Your full gallery will be delivered in about 8 weeks — with a few preview favorites sent your way much sooner.

Full Printing & Sharing Rights

Along with your gallery, you’ll receive a personal-use release that gives you complete freedom to print your images — as many as you’d like, as often as you’d like.

You’re also welcome to share them online with proper credit. These are your memories, and they’re meant to be enjoyed, printed, framed, and passed around with joy — no restrictions or hidden fees.

If you’re dreaming of something lasting and tangible, we also offer custom heirloom albums and framed fine art prints through our Tangibles Collection — designed to preserve your story with intention and care.

Thoughtful Planning Support

With over a decade of experience, we’ve learned what truly helps couples feel prepared — and how small, intentional choices can shape the way your photos feel.

To make the process effortless and inspiring, we’ve created a beautifully designed set of printed planning resources — individual cards, each focused on a specific part of the day. They’re easy to reference, simple to use, and intentionally crafted to guide you toward the best possible photo experience.

From getting-ready tips to choosing the right location for portraits, everything is included — with care, clarity, and a little extra beauty.

We’re also here for you throughout the planning process. Whether you need advice, suggestions, or simply someone to help you pause and prioritize what matters most, we’re happy to be a sounding board along the way.

Where We Travel

Though Ohio is home, a large portion of our work is rooted in travel — especially in Jackson Hole, where we return often to photograph both intimate elopements and full wedding weekends.

Have Questions? We Thought You Might.

Once you’ve connected with someone’s work, the next step is understanding what it’s like to work together. We believe in offering clarity from the start — so here’s everything you might be wondering, answered with care.

What types of photos will we receive?

Your wedding gallery will include a thoughtful mix of portraits, group photos, candid moments, emotional in-betweens, ceremony highlights, reception energy, and everything that makes your day uniquely yours.

We don’t work from a rigid shot list — instead, we move through the day with presence and intuition, allowing real moments to unfold naturally. That said, we’ll absolutely help you create a list of must-have group portraits in advance, so nothing important is missed.

Our goal is simple: to preserve the full feeling of your day — not just how it looked, but how it felt.

How many photos will we receive?

Every gallery is different based on your day — but generally, weddings receive 600–1,200 images, elopements receive 300–700, and portrait sessions around 200–400.

We don’t cap delivery. If it’s meaningful, it stays.

When will we receive our photos?

Full galleries are delivered in about 8–12 weeks, depending on the season. Peak months like June, September, and October may lean toward the longer end.

We always send a preview gallery of 5–15 images within the first two weeks.

Do you provide albums or prints?

Yes — our Tangibles Collection is available as an add-on and includes:

  • A 10x10 heirloom album

  • Fine art prints

  • Gallery-grade framing options

These pieces are designed to bring your story off the screen and into your home — timeless, tactile, and made to be passed down.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry full liability insurance and are happy to provide documentation to your venue if needed.

How do you protect our photos?

We use cameras with dual memory card slots, which means every image is recorded in two places as we shoot. Afterward, your files are backed up in two separate locations — including a fire-safe archive — to ensure long-term security.

Do you offer printing rights?

Yes. All collections include full personal-use printing and sharing rights. You’re free to print and share your photos however you’d like — just kindly tag us when sharing online.

Can we opt out of online sharing?

Yes, but please note that keeping your gallery completely offline does come with a 25% exclusivity fee. Online sharing is how we connect with future clients and continue to grow our work.

Can we include pets or special heirlooms in our photos?

Absolutely. We love when couples bring in meaningful details — whether it’s a beloved dog, a vintage car, or a piece of family history. Just let us know ahead of time so we can plan for it and give it the space it deserves.

Do you offer coverage for full wedding weekends?

Yes. Whether it’s a welcome dinner, a mountaintop adventure session, or a relaxed brunch the day after, we offer custom multi-day coverage for destination weddings and events that deserve more time and storytelling.

Will we get help with posing?

Yes — but only where it's needed. Our approach is rooted in candid, real moments, but we’re always there to gently guide you into natural positions or offer direction when it helps you feel more confident and at ease. Most couples say it never feels like “posing” at all.

What happens if it rains?

Some of our favorite images have come from unexpected weather. We’re always prepared — with gear, creativity, and flexibility. If you're open to embracing the moment, we’ll make it unforgettable, rain or shine.

Do you travel internationally?

Yes — while much of our work is based in the U.S., we’ve had the privilege of documenting love stories in some of the world’s most breathtaking places.

From a mountaintop ceremony above the clouds in the French Alps to a chateau wedding in a quiet mountain village, and a Normandy farmhouse celebration steeped in history — France holds a special place in our hearts. We’ve captured a windswept vow renewal along Iceland’s black sands, an intimate elopement in the Dolomites of Italy, and a remote, elemental elopement in Patagonia, Chile.

In Puerto Rico — a U.S. territory rich in culture and natural beauty — we photographed a full wedding weekend that gave the couple the best of both worlds: a beachside resort celebration with loved ones, a day-after adventure session through Old San Juan, and an elopement-style session deep in the lush rainforest mountains.

If you’re planning something abroad, we’d love to hear what you’re envisioning — and are always happy to create a custom quote for your destination and the story you want to tell.

Do you photograph micro weddings and elopements in national parks?

Yes — national parks and protected outdoor spaces are some of our favorite places to work. We’ve photographed dozens of elopements and intimate weddings in wild, meaningful settings, and bring both knowledge and deep respect to every one.

We’re especially experienced in Grand Teton National Park, but we’ve also documented love stories in places like Redwoods, Acadia, Point Reyes National Seashore, Yosemite, and Sleeping Bear Dunes — as well as Big Sur, a personal favorite for its untamed coastline and dramatic light.

We’re familiar with the seasonal rhythms, permit processes, and the art of working with nature instead of against it. Whether it’s just the two of you or a small group of your closest people, we help you plan a day that feels effortless and deeply true to who you are.

One of our growing favorites? North Cascades National Park — one of the most remote and least visited parks in the U.S. We’d love to photograph a story there soon, or at Mount Rainier, whose trails and alpine glow always call us back.

Do we need to meet before booking?

We don’t require a call, but we always welcome one. We love connecting with our couples and would be happy to chat over the phone to answer questions or hear more about your story.

Do you offer meetings once we’re booked?

We do — and we value them deeply. That said, we’re happy to accommodate your preferred planning style, whether that’s via email, a phone call, or an in-person meetup. What matters most is making this experience feel smooth and personal for you.

How do we book?

Once you’re ready, booking is simple and paperless. A signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer officially reserves your date. The final balance is due 30 days before your wedding.

Still have a question we didn’t cover here? Reach out to us — we’d love to hear what’s on your mind.
