Engagement Pictures at Ash Cave

Getting to know our giveaway winners Kayla and Matthew was the best way to kick off our first session of the year. They were willing to spend the entire day with us which started with Pettibone coffee in Dayton, and then continued with a road trip to Ohio’s beautiful Hocking Hills. It was the most perfect day—clear skies, gorgeous lighting, and nice water flow from recent snow and ice melt.

At Ash Cave, ice and snow still surrounded the cascade pool, and the low winter sun’s beams glistened through the waterfall, making it seem as though it was raining diamonds. It was breathtaking and created the perfect backdrop for portraits.
